Administrative
Policies:
Body Sense Massage Therapy LLC administrative policies
concerning cancellations, late arrival, payment options,
returned checks are as follows:
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is expected without a 24-hour cancellation
notice. Clients will also be charged full payment for
missed or forgotten appointments.
Late arrival
Appointments are booked in close proximity so there may
not be enough time to receive a full treatment if you
arrive late for your appointment. Late arrivals will be
charged the full session fee. A late arrival of 15
minutes or more will be considered a missed appointment.
Payment is expected at the time of service.
Correct change cash, personal check, or credit card
payments are accepted.
Credit card payment is available on the website only and
must be completed 24 hours prior to appointment.
Returned checks
A $40.00 charge will apply for any returned checks. |
